Prosciutto Wrapped Bread Sticks

You won't believe how easy these are and how fast they'll go.  With a glass of prosecco and some pecorino or parmesan cheese, mama mia!

Buy a box of Italian breadsticks.  Make as many as you think you'll need.  I'd say about two per person, if you have other appetizers.  Have your deli counter slice your prosciutto thin, not very thin.  You don't want the prosciutto to tear.  When you get the bread stick out of the box, be very careful because they break very easily.  Simply wrap that breadstick with the prosciutto slice.  You're done!  I suppose if you wanted, you could put them on a pammed baking sheet, grate parmesan over them and sprinkle some cracked red pepper, pop them into a 425 degree oven until the cheese starts to melt.  This would be the   "enhanced" version.  Either way, have that prosecco!
